The HELIOS-20W-HE femtosecond laser is integrated into the Five‑axis Femtosecond Laser Precision Machining System at the Institute of Optics and Mechanics, delivering 20W high power, <250fs ultrashort pulse duration, and excellent beam quality for high‑precision, low‑damage micro‑ and nano‑machining in aerospace, semiconductor, and medical device manufacturing.
The AURORA‑IR Mid‑Infrared Collinear Optical Parametric Amplifier, pumped by a Yb laser, delivers broadly tunable output from 1.35 to 16 µm with high conversion efficiency and excellent beam quality—providing a reliable mid‑IR femtosecond source for ultrafast spectroscopy, strong‑field physics, and biomedical imaging.
