The AURORA-IR femtosecond optical parametric amplifier is based on a stable optical and mechanical design, enabling flexible tunable femtosecond laser pulse output. The AURORA-IR is specifically designed for the mid-infrared (MIR) spectral range, with wavelengths ranging from 1350 to 16000 nm. Compared to the AURORA series, it offers fewer wavelength extension options but can provide higher conversion efficiency from the pump laser to the MIR range.
The AURORA-IR series offers the same tuning range, with reliability and ease of use, but differs slightly in design automation and pump parameters. The AURORA-IR-HP supports pump powers up to 80 watts, while the AURORA-IR-HE accepts the same pump power and is compatible with up to 2 mJ of single pulse energy. The AURORA-IR series femtosecond optical parametric amplifiers are compatible with market-standard fiber and solid-state Yb ultrafast lasers. The pump energy reception range is from 10 μJ to 2 mJ, and the pulse width reception range is from 100 fs to 1.5 ps. Customers can achieve precise tuning of the desired center wavelength with a single click, without the need for complex manual adjustments. Comprehensive customization solutions are available based on customer requirements.
